Not medical advice
Pages on this website, including condition pages and Journal notes, are general information. They are not a diagnosis, do not create a doctor-patient relationship and do not replace an exam by a licensed clinician.
Appointment requests
A form is a request, not a booked appointment. We confirm every visit by text or email. Don’t use forms for anything urgent; in an emergency, call 911.
Cancellations and no-shows
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or move a visit. Late cancellations and missed visits may be charged $40, which we waive for illness and emergencies.
Prices, insurance and memberships
Prices on this website are in U.S. dollars and may change. Insurance coverage depends on your plan, and you are responsible for copays, deductibles and services your plan does not cover. Cosmetic memberships renew monthly and can be cancelled after three months; credit is not refundable as cash.
Content and trademarks
Text, graphics and design on this website belong to Tarn Dermatology or its licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission.
Limitation of liability
The website is provided “as is.” As far as the law allows, Tarn Dermatology is not liable for damages that come from using this website or relying on its content.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
