Health information
Please don’t send medical history or photos of your skin through website forms. Once you are a patient, protected health information, including clinical photos and biopsy results, is handled under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and our Notice of Privacy Practices.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the practice (such as scheduling, billing, email and hosting), with your insurer when we check or bill benefits, with pathology labs that test samples, or when the law requires it.
